Eligibility Criteria for Eastern Railway Recruitment :

Online Teacher Registration System :
It is introduced for easier and faster communication between Schools, GS&HSEB and DEO Offices.
This system has three kinds of users :
1.)School
2.)DEO
3.)Board
Each School, DEO Offices and Users at GS&HSEB will have Unique Username and Password to access this Online System.



1)School : The school will have their index number and password, they have to login into the system and have to Add /update their teachers information in the stipulated time period. If any information is missing, those information has be filled up by school.



2) DEO : Each DEO office will have their Username and password, with the help of which they can login to the system. They will only see the school information which covers under their district. After school filled up their Teachers information , it is the turn of DEO to check the information and if anything can be contributed by DEO he filled up the information and verify the data.



3) GSHSEB : Board will have their user name and password. After the DEO verified a particular details, it is the turn of GSHSEB to verify teachers record for each school.



User (School/Board/DEO) will redirect to application interface on logging into the system with their Username and password.



After logging into the system user can see the Teacher Registration form which has been divided into 5 sections/pages:
** Teacher's Personal Detail
** Teacher’s Academic Detail
** Teacher Institutional Experience
** Teacher Achievement & Penalty Detail
** Teacher Examination Information



These pages are designed to get specific detail about teacher , his/her personal details, about the graduations , Institutional experience, achievement & penalty related information if any s and exam information can be filled by navigating through these pages. School has to update their teachers details in acceptable defined period from Education Board.



After some stipulated time period decided by Board DEO will verify information. If DEO finds any information wrong he has rights to update details. After DEO verification Board will also verify school details.

** When you first access this teacherreg.gseb.org/ , You will enter to welcome page of Teacher Registration Application.
** After clicking on "School login" link ,it will open login page in new window.
** Each School will have their independent Username and Password. Login with Username which is your school Index No.
** Enter Index No and Password .
** Click on Login button. It will redirect to Application.

School can login to teacher registration only if school has authenticated in school registration for current Academic year.

- After successfully login in, you will enter to home page of Application. It will display list of teachers record of that particular school.
- Here you can search individual teacher record by his/her name .



** This page appears with information of Teacher's Name, Date Of Birth , Graduation , Experience,Image , Bank Detail, Marks of Preferable Subjec1 and Subject2 etc as you have already filled some details.



** School can also view status either "Incomplete Record" or "Complete Record" of teacher's detail whether he/she has completed his information or not. Below Criteria For record "Incomplete Record" .

On Sunday, the 8th April, 2018 at 11.30 A.M. in the States of Jammu and Kashmir (except Leh, Kargil & Doda), Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, Uttrakhand and in the Districts of Dibang Valley and Tawang of Arunachal Pradesh, in the Districts of Chamba, Kullu, Mandi, Sirmour of Himachal Pradesh, in the District of Darjeeling of West Bengal.

HOW TO APPLY FOR JNV SELECTION TEST

The process for applying for JNV Selection Test has been simplified through online process. Detailed and intensive verification of proofs for residence, age, eligibility etc will be done for successful candidates through the laid down procedure.
The eligible candidates along with his /her parent/guardians may approach Common Service Centre along with duly filled in certificate from the Head Master of School where the candidate is studying in Class V. The format of certificate may be downloaded from Samiti website www.nvshq.org The sample of format is enclosed.
In case of candidates from NIOS, candidates should obtain `B’ certificate and residence should be in the same district where he / she is seeking admission.
The application for JNV Selection Test 2018 is being processed through Common Service Centre of Ministry of IT, Govt. of India. Common Service Centre has a wider range with 2.6 lac centres across the country virtually covering every village. As per the MOU with NVS, Common Service Centre will be charging Rs 35/-(Rupees thirty five only) to be paid by the parent/ candidate towards service charge to upload the application form per candidate.

Eligibility For JNV selection Test 2018

Only the candidates from the district concerned where the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya has been opened are eligible to apply for admission. However, the district where JNV is opened and is bifurcated at a later date, the old boundaries of the district are considered for the purpose of eligibility for admission into JNVST, in case a new Vidyalaya has not started in newly bifurcated district as yet.
A candidate seeking admission must not have been born before 01-05-2005 and after 30- 04-2009. This will apply to candidates of all categories, including those who belong to the Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs). In case of doubt of overage candidate seeking admission, they may be referred to the Medical Board for confirmation of the age. The decision of the Medical Board will be final.
A candidate appearing for the selection test must be studying in Class-V for the whole of the academic session 2017-18 in a Government/Government aided or other recognized schools or ‘B’ certificate competency course of National Institute of Open Schooling in the same district where he/she is seeking admission. A school will be deemed recognized if it is declared so by the Government or by any other agency authorized on behalf of Government. Schools where students have obtained ‘B’ certificate under National Institute of Open Schooling should have accreditation of NIOS. A candidate must successfully complete Class-V in the session 2017-18. Actual admission in Class-VI for the session 2018-19 will be subject to this condition.
A Candidate claiming admission under rural quota must have studied and passed classes III, IV and V from a Govt. / Govt. aided / recognized school spending one full academic session each year in a school located in rural area.
Candidates who will be passing ‘B’ certificate competency course of National Institute of Open Schooling on or before 30th September, 2017 are also eligible to write admission test provided they are in the prescribed age group. The forms of such candidates will be verified by DEO/DIOS. The rural status of a child from National Institute of Open Schooling will be decided on the basis of a certificate to be issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate of the District indicating that the child has been residing in rural areas for the last three years. Students studying under the above scheme from urban and notified areas are not eligible for obtaining seat in rural quota.
A Candidate who has not been promoted and admitted to Class-V before 15th September, 2017 is not eligible to apply.
No candidate is eligible to appear in the selection test second time, under any circumstances.

Domestic termination charges is the amount paid by the telecom operator whose user begins the call. It is paid to the telecom operator who receives the call.
Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) decreased domestic termination charges more than half from 14 paisa per minute to 6 paisa per minute for calls between two mobile numbers. This is expected to bring down mobile call costs in coming days. The telecom regulator is planning to do away with interconnection charges entirely by January 1, 2020.
Domestic termination charges is the amount paid by the telecom operator whose user begins the call. It is paid to the telecom operator who receives the call. The changes in domestic termination charges will be put into effect from October 1, 2017, as stated by a press statement by the TRAI.
Meanwhile, any other type of call - between landline to landline, or landline to mobile phones - will continue to be exempted from all termination charges.
Notably, the telecom disruptor Reliance Jio has been advocating lowering termination charges on grounds that it will benefit the customers. On the other hand, other established telecom service providers have been strongly opposing any such decrease as it will hit their revenue which they receive from these interconnection charges.

Airtel, Vodafone, Idea and other incumbent telecom operators have even been calling for an increase in interconnection charges and even benchmarking them according to the actual cost. Jio is expected to benefit from these recent cut in charges as it will bring down its overall expenditure, reports said.
